Peaceful Hooligan has been one of my favourite clothing brands for the past 6 years, but unfortunately they’ve fallen short of the mark with my latest purchase, a long-sleeved polo. Upon receiving the item I noticed one collar was poorly finished, with obvious loose threads. I contacted customer service with an explanation and an image of the issue and was told to cut off the loose threads to see how it looked, with the offer of an undisclosed discount if it worked. It didn’t, so I returned it and ordered a replacement when my refund came through. The new one has the same issue, so it’s clearly a manufacturing issue, or maybe just a bad batch. I can’t be bothered going through the returns process again so I’m just going to keep it, but overall I’m a bit disappointed with the whole thing. It should be noted the refund was issued promptly once they had received the returned item, so no issues there.
