Rang them up for a mysterious lump that is quickly growing on my 4 year old rottweiler to find they have "made getting an appointment easier" which entails going online to fill out a form, sending it them and then waiting for them to "contact you" in the next 5 working days. After 4 days we were "contacted" with an automatic generic reply basically telling us that they won't see her ("your pet") at all and to "get financial help elsewhere" the founder of this"charity" will be turning in their grave! No advice or reassurance other than go somewhere else!!! Absolutely disgusting. They have enough money to buy a brand new hospital but not enough apparently to treat any pets there.
