This was so much fun and completely delicious! Jirapan is a delightful person and absolutely superb as a tutor and chef. We even made banana leaf baskets - a miracle considering the skill level of her pupils! The dishes we created were out of this world - as good if not better than any restaurant. I have since located my local Thai supermarket and am heading off there with confidence - I don't want to cook or eat anything else now!
