What a fantastic afternoon learning about Thai ingredients and how to get the best out of them. We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed eating the fruits of our labour! Everything was incredibly well organised from the joining instructions and directions to the slick operation in the kitchen. I highly recommend it!
