I had such a good time today and was so impressed with the organisation and the relaxed atmosphere of the class. The fact that you went above and beyond to cater for a coeliac vegetarian who also doesn’t eat anything fish related was amazing! I felt very at ease and really enjoyed cooking and then eating the food! Thank you again and I’d love to come back another time.
