Highly recommend! We really enjoyed our class, there was a great atmosphere. The dishes we made were all so delicious and the portion sizes were generous. I will be keeping an eye out for future classes so I can learn some more dishes soon. Also, it was a great addition to be given a list of local places and online options for buying the best quality and traditional ingredients.
