What a fantastic morning learning how to cook the most amazing food. The best Thai Green Curry I have tasted anywhere, together with a beautiful Pad Thai and Papaya Salad. Jirapan is a brilliant chef/teacher together with 'Mum' who kept our workstations immaculate the whole time we were prepping and cooking. I would happily spend next Saturday morning there!
