Many thanks for the class which I thoroughly enjoyed. It had great pace and was entertaining, but most of all I learned a lot. I re-created the stir-fried chicken with cashew nuts last night which everyone found delicious with so many layers of flavour. More adventurously I'm making the red curry chicken at the weekend.
