The Thai cooking course was brilliant. Very personal setting with everything provided. It was run very professionally & extremely well organised at every stage even including all the washing up & tidying by the lovely lady who was assisting Jirapan. Jirapan is a very good teacher. We learnt some great new skills as well as lots of information about the ingredients & how to cook them. Most importantly though, the food was absolutely delicious! I would thoroughly recommend this course.
