What an amazing morning we had with Jirapan on Saturday. The course was extremely well run, we learnt such a lot and the food we cooked was outstanding.
Jirapan gave such clear instructions at every stage with lots of hints and tips for how we could create these delicious dishes back home. We left with a very helpful folder on our recipes and where we could find some of the specialist ingredients she used.
This was a birthday gift and an ideal gift across many ages.
