I loved this cookery class which I was gifted as a present by my husband! It was certainly a busy 3 1/2 hours but we cooked 3 lovely Thai dishes in that time doing everything from scratch and they tasted amazing. Explanations of the ingredients and techniques for cooking were explained in a straightforward and engaging way and you get to take home the food as well as all the recipe cards and where you can source ingredients from. I definitely hope to return to do another.
