Really enjoyable Thai cookery course with Jirapan last Saturday. It was interesting to see the “authentic” ingredients used and understand more about how to prepare and cook with these. The three courses that we prepared tasted fantastic and I look forward to trying replicate these again at home. Overall a great experience and highly recommended.
