Fantastic! I have done two lessons and both have been terrific. Jirapan is a a great chef and instructor. Classes are small so instruction is very personal. Ingredients are beautifully fresh and dishes are full of flavour. I cannot recommend it enough. My family loved the dishes that I cooked.
