Thank you Jirapan for making this birthday treat so very special! I loved it all - not only was the class amazing, very well organised in a very safe covid setting, good fun with you and the other guests, but of course the food was incredible (so cool to bring the 3 dishes home) and thanks to your instructions and all your super useful tips, I am confident that I will be able to cook them again. Will use your shopping/ storing tips too. Am telling all our friends about you and have already hinted the dishes I would love to learn how to cook !! Catherine
