I ordered parasol weights from PAVING SUOERSTORE because their prices were competitive. However the weights were delayed due to problems with shipping/Suez canal. They let me know quickly as I couldn't use the cantilever parasol without them...together with a sincere apology they refunded my money quickly and efficiently. Top class Customer Service so won't hesitate to use them again!
