I placed an order with Paving Superstore in the Spring, with an agreed delayed delivery date. Unfortunately, despite the goods (excellent value in Clearance), being fully paid for, they suddenly became unavailable - after an email exchange with Customer Services, George arranged for superior tiles to be substituted. He has also been very informative regarding technical issues, and guaranteed that I could obtain all the other requisite materials for the job. He has always responded within 24 hours, so I would rate Customer Service as excellent. I am still waiting for our landscaper to commit to a starting date (after months), so cannot comment on delivery.
