I placed and paid for an order of nearly £500.00 and a week later have heard nothing! Starting to get a little concerned at having to spend hours of time I do not have to chase up my order or get my money back. Following the above comments Paul Stride customer services took action, traced and sorted my order which was then promptly delivered. Congratulations to a customer service that does what it says
