We ordered the bugaboo fox5 late on a Friday eve, I got in touch with the sales team to ask for an approx ETA and Kevin kindly got this on the next courier to be delivered as soon as possible ( we received on the following Monday!) extremely happy with our purchase & the exceptional prompt, friendly customer service from Kevin.
