I bought a plan and wanted the red outline of my property but this did not appear when uploaded depsite asking for that so I had to outline it in pen and save and copy it which was time consuming. The only way of obtaining this was to buy another which I was not prepared to do so disppointed with the service and not clear instructions for this.
