Was supposed to arrive on Saturday ready for our party on Tuesday. It is now Thursday and I have not received the item, which makes the purchase a complete waste. I understand there are strikes at the moment, but at the point of purchase it was very clear arrival would be on Saturday which it shouldn't promise if it can't keep this.
