I normally order party items from another website, but came across this site and thought I'd try them out. Unfortunately, the delivery was late, took over a week to be delivered from when I ordered, and the person I was speaking with over email wasn't hugely concerned or sympathetic, knowing the items were for my son's 5th birthday, and simply said if I don't need them anymore refuse the delivery for a refund. No apology or anything. I won't be ordering again. A shame, as the balloons were decent quality.
