I had absolutely no issues. I found the car window I needed online but phoned also, just to confirm a 100% match, and had confirmation very quickly. Dispatch was slowed by the 4-day bank holiday weekend but it arrived as predicted when it should have and was very well (possibly over?) packaged to avoid damage.
