ParentShield is an excellent service. I was stunned when I launched a live chat and basically got straight through to who I think is one of the owner/devs. He was helpful, chatty and obviously knew exactly what I needed to know as well as making me laugh. Since there’s no downloadable app yet, I saved a shortcut to my phone and it behaves exactly like an app. It’s amazing for providing just the right amount of discrete control over your kid’s phone. For example I’ve got the basic contract with no included data, but I can apply a bit of data with payg and just switch it on for a bit when she’s heading home from school to make sure it’s going ok. Sim came quickly with a booklet and a sheet of stickers with her new phone number. It’s all really thoughtful and personalised and I’m recommending it to lots of people. Keep up the great work guys!
