Haven’t actually used the SIM cards in the phones yet, as they are for Christmas gifts. That said I have been thrilled by the proactive and approachable customer service. It’s really nice to buy from a company that reach out to add the personal touch and make sure that I know where to contact should I need too. Thanks a lot Parentshield!
