Very easy process to get set up and very much a plug and play system for using the app/web access.
My only issue (and I don’t think any other provider would provide a better solution) is that you can’t see any iMessage’s and as my daughter and 99% of her friends and contact have iPhones you can’t see these messages through Parentshield which unfortunately makes the message functionally redundant for us. All features that you can use work really well - so apart from this one functionality issues, it’s great.
