Apart from the fact that the SIM card and portal are very good indeed, I have never waited longer than 10 minutes for email help from the ParentShield team. The answers are always correct and to the point. If phones aren’t your ‘thing’ you should try them. I wish you got this sort of service from most other companies these days but you don’t. Very impressed.
