I paid extra - €38 in total - for next-day delivery but it took another three working days for my parcel to arrive. I appreciate the difficulty of the Covid-19 restrictions but you should not be advertising a premium service - and charging for it - if you cannot deliver on it. I should have just paid the standard rate. As it was, I paid extra for a service that I didn't get. I looked for a refund and my request was ignored. Poor
