- the driver brings stickers, so no printing needed
- brilliant online tracking; it is constantly updated
- it looked like parcel would be delivered after 4 working days as promised, but for some unknown reason it went back to the sorting center where it is sitting for the last 3 days
- no contact has been made yet, very disappointed, it started out so well
