Sent a package from Ireland to one of the biggest industrial sites in Australia.
Courier claims to have been unable to find it - totally unbelievable.
They claim to have tried to contact us - not true
Now saying they are returning the package all the way to Ireland - no refund and are claiming they can charge us for it!
