Absolutely outstanding customer service. The whole thing was painless from booking online to delivery. I was organising the delivery of a parcel from Dublin to Letterkenny, but I am based in England. It was a mission finding anyone joined up enough to provide the service. Parcel Direct Ireland were brillian. I needed to get in touch with Support because I had left off an important part of the pickup address. They responded instantly to both my phone call and subsequent email and sorted it. So rare these days. So glad I found ParcelDirect.i.e. Will definitely use them again, they are real sanity savers!
