I ordered a package to be delivered with UPS through Parcel direct, I received no details to confirm my booking of package and the delivery courier arrived to the door and had to leave without the package being sent. Very frustrating as I needed the package to be sent that day. I also cannot get through to UPS to speak with someone. Very disappointed as I was recommended this service
