Paramount Plants gave me exceptional service. I needed to order some pleached beech trees. I spoke to Tim who was extremely patient and helpful explaining what height trees I should buy (as they were to be planted next to our existing pleached trees). I rang him on numerous occasions with different questions and each time he was very helpful. Tim is very approachable and did not make me feel uncomfortable or that I was being a nuisance keep asking for advice. The delivery team were also very efficient in despatching the trees and the delivery driver was excellent (he was on time and had to deliver the trees in the most appalling weather conditions). I can honestly say Paramount Plants is a very professional and helpful company and I have no hesitation in recommending them whatsoever. The week of delivery saw us with a deluge of rain every day and one of the boxes (bone meal) on the day of delivery was wet - on contacting the delivery team at Paramount they immediately arranged for a replacement box to be sent.
