I ordered 4 trees on the 9 th of November 2020. They arrived on the 2 December. 1) Liquidamber Styraciflua deciduous delivered bare root. This had a net around the roots. 2) carpinus betulus fastigiata delivered bare root no earth or covering on roots looked a bit battered and felt light when picked up. 3) Parrotia Persia looked a bit battered no evident branches on stem. 4) sentinel crab apple. Supplied looking very healthy and in good condition. Only one out of the three trees looked in good condition. I fully understand that these are all deciduous trees and therefore would not have been looking their best at this time of year. All instructions on care and planting have been followed apron receipt of plants. They were watered on delivery and planted the next day. I hope that all will survive and spring into life next year. The delivery driver was very pleasant and helpful.
