As a sufferer of night sweats due to generalised anxiety disorder, I chose the full bedding set to help combat this. Bedding still gets damp because I still sweat (it’s nothing to do with temperature) but it is so much better. The bedding doesn’t get as wet and dries much more quickly. I am able to share a bed with my wife again! They are lovely and soft and very cool to touch. Very slidy material means the fitted sheet comes untucked most nights and you can easily lose the duvet in the cover, but this is far from the end of the world considering I no longer sleep in a puddle.
