I’m a big fan of Papier and I’ve bought cards several times and just taken delivery of my 3rd photo book. This one is for my younger daughter’s 40th Birthday, so there are some very old, poor quality photos. Generally Papier has done a great job reproducing them for me, however there are two or three where the image reproduced is less sharp/more blurred than the original photo and how it appeared to me when I was placing them on the page. In fairness they’re poor photos, so presumably this is a technical issue. However, on one page, there’s a border of my photo showing with a date and consequently the other photo alongside on that page is not aligned because of this border. This was clearly an error on my part as it obviously doesn’t look right and it would have been appreciated if someone had noticed this and contacted me to check whether this was intentional so it could be corrected. Can’t fault the speedy turn around time and delivery as always was bang on time. So in summary, although I’m a tad disappointed about a couple of things, generally the finished product is excellent and I’m quite happy.
