I rarely leave reviews- especially negative ones, but I am really frustrated with my order. I am in nursing school and I ordered a planner (essential right now!). I chose next day air and paid double the price so that I would have it quickly.
It was supposed to be delivered 1/14/22. As of right now the tracking still says “label created.” So, it isn’t on the way yet, and today is 1/15. I understand hold ups right now with shipping related to COVID, but the company is also responsible for getting the product out by a certain date, time, etc. to adhere to the option of express delivery. I feel guilty complaining but if anyone else expects to get their product quickly I’d like to warn them.
