1) I've had excellent customer service. I had a problem (purely my own fault) and after explaining the issue they resolved it swiftly without making me feel bad. 2) The quality of paper is superb and after receiving my first own journal and seeing the quality I decided to but again for a Christmas present to a friend and a pens. 3) I initially thought the pens were a little expensive (I usually buy a cheap popular biro for day to day use) but when I received the pen the calibre of the quality was excellent and well worth the money.
