I ordered the Papier pen and was incredibly disappointed when it arrived as the ink flow was really inconsistent making for a very frustrating experience. I contacted the customer service team and provided examples however I was told that the pen was not faulty and that sending a replacement would not yield a different result. They informed me that I was welcome to return the product for a refund but that I was have to cover the postage costs. This pen falls well below the standard expected especially considering the price and according to Papier themselves, it wasn’t a “fault” with my pen but a flaw in the pens design.
