I absolutely love the look of my 2021 diary - the design, the personalisation and the quality. The matching pen is a great touch too. However, having started to update it I’ve noticed that there’s duplication of the last week of every month which I will find really frustrating! I’m not sure who wants to write things twice to ensure they don’t miss them. I would also love to see the introduction of a smaller size. That said, I will definitely continue to be a repeat customer.
