From start I found them very helpful and efficient. I received my sacks within a few days and it did take me a while to fill one sack. I still have another sack that I can use and am. When I rang them to collect my full sack they picked it up the next day. I would like to mention that the gentleman who answers the phone is very good and makes one feel confident that they are very efficient company.
