As a casual customer with no experience in this area and only choosing Paper Mountains from their website what a really pleasant surprise! Immediately helpful and reassuring and telling me how and what they could/would do. Then delivering the disposal bags with clear instructions which after filling were collected on the day promised. The certificate of disposal by email together with a very reasonable invoice closed the 'deal' with a very satisfied customer who would have no hesitation in recommending them to any potential customer.
