Many thanks for your review. We use a third-party courier and unfortunately on this occasion they did deliver the wrong box to you. As soon as we were made aware of this, we did everything we could to ensure your bags were delivered to you within 24 hours. Unfortunately, the third party courier failed to amend the returns label on the incorrect box, meaning the incorrect parcel kept making its way back to you.
