Panzerwrecks are an excellent example of a small publisher doing everything right. I interact with them through their website and Facebook pages, both of which are well designed and informative. Queries by email or Facebook posts are answered quickly and I'm alkways left feeling appreciated and valued as a customer. I've never had any kind of problem with their service, but I suspect that if that was to happen it would be dealt with quickly and efficiently - customer service seems to be a high priority. The quality of their own published books is excellent and well priced, and they maintain a good stock of books from other publishers. There's always a pre-order discount, which is very much appreciated, and the books arrive well packaged in both bubble-wrap and cardboard sleeve. 10/10
