10/10!!! This may be the first time I've ever made a review... and I'm 33 years old. I just happened to come across Pall Mall Medical on google as I needed a quick blood test doing for my job. They were the most competitive in price around the whole of Manchester so I went ahead and booked an appointment. They saw me the same day I enquiried and when I went there the place was immaculate and beautifully layed out. Just when I thought this would be the highlight of my experience, I then met my nurse(Cristina) who was just amazing! She was polite, extremely professional, reassuring (as I'm not a fan of needles) and most of all extremely good at her job. The size of the needle was huge and of all the times I've had this procedure done, this one was by far the easiest and pain free! She is by far Pall Mall Medicals biggest assets! My experience was so good that I told my family about the the staff and service and now Pall Mall will have all 6 of us for any of our medical needs, due to an amazing nurse and professional, easy service.
