What can I say From the moment I went to pall mall it was so professional. Sara you were amazing, made me feel I was special. I know I had probs with my blood pressure and had to be sorted out, You all put up with my tantrums but stayed professional through that. It was worth the wait, Mr Shabaan was a fantastic surgeon. I would also like to say thank the nurse that looked after me( sorry cant remember name) and took my stitches out Also the theatre team, the lads made me feel relaxed and made the whole procedure much easier. Would not hesitate to go back to pall mall. Stewart x
