Post the booking the confirmation paperwork was not clear that I had booked a pallet and wrapping service. The collection company had given the driver the wrong collection address and I had to correct him when he called to say he would be with me in 10 minutes but he was on the other side a Bristol at least an hour away. When a new driver was dispatched to me he didn't have the pallet and wrapping service on the truck and had to go back to th depot to collect it. Other than that the service was very good and items arrived safe and secure on tha date a time specified.
