I went just for a beard trim and left with the neck all red with marks. The clipper wasn't in conditions to be used. After 2 days I am still having marks on my neck. Also paying £15 for a beard trim I would expect at least the barber to remove all the hair cut that was all over my face. He instead handle me a tissue for me to do it. Bad customer experience.
