They responded to any questions I had immediately via email, were prompt with pick up and next day delivery for an amazing price - Aberdeen to Lincoln. I would ask that on the website they state that you need to put an address label on and not on the booking confirmation email - although I sent mine with no label they assured me that it didn't matter - just made me panic. Defo recommend them
