I was so disappointed as I ordered a pair of navy and a pair of black Paul Smith socks for a Christmas gift, for my father who was about to leave the country. But I was sent 2 of the same colour, 2 in navy, so he has left with half his gift. And I emailed Oxygen but have heard nothing back yet. I appreciate it is a busy time of year and challenging circumstances but I only ordered two items so there should not have been a mistake. Frustrating to have heard nothing back and spent money and received wrong product.
