My experience is the same as some of the more recent reviews. Something definitely not right with this company. Ordered a coat for my husbands birthday, took my money, did not send the item. I had to chase a week later and they said on the phone "so sorry its not left the warehouse yet" and that they'd ship it that day. then half an hour later, got an email saying its miraculously out of stock and would I like to select a different item. No thanks. I doubt I'd have ever been contacted by them if I hadn't been in touch first. I am still waiting for a refund after being told it would be made on Friday. Seems like they want to hold people's money for some reason - to boost their credit rating, and fake having items in stock. Really weird store and I advise anyone to never use them.
